Daklapack heeft onlangs geïnvesteerd in een 6-baans stickpack machine om in te kunnen spelen op de groeiende vraag naar stickpacks.
Met deze nieuwe stickpacklijn kan Daklapack tot 100.000 sticks per shift produceren. De innovatieve machine kan eveneens zowel vloeistoffen als poeders doseren. Het bedrijf heeft daarnaast gekozen voor een stickpack design waarbij de lengte-seal aan de zijkant van de stick zit. Een voordeel van deze lay-out is het gemak waarmee de verpakking door de consument kan worden geopend, iets wat bij veel stand stickpacks tot ergernis kan leiden, stelt de verpakkingsproducent.

With this new stick pack line, Daklapack can produce up to 100,000 sticks per shift. The innovative machine can dose liquids as well as powders. The company has also chosen a stick pack design where the length seal is located on the side of the stick. An advantage of this layout is the ease with which the packaging can be opened by the consumer, something that can lead to annoyance at many stick packs, states the packaging producer.
